Recruiting that
starts with people
I've been in recruiting for 15 years — and in that time I've run my own agency, managed in-house talent teams, and owned end-to-end hiring processes for companies at every stage. What I've learned through all of it is simple: the best outcomes happen when the candidate is genuinely at the center of the process.
My specialty is working with growth-stage startups — the 0 to 100 journey. That phase is electric, fast, and high-stakes. The wrong hire can slow everything down; the right one can change the company's trajectory. I understand what it takes to recruit well in that environment because I've lived it, over and over, with founders who needed a true partner — not just a vendor.
While I'm deeply rooted in tech and engineering recruiting, I bring the same consultative approach to GTM, sales, product, and marketing hires. Great people are great people — and I know how to find them across functions.
What makes my approach different is that I build real relationships. With candidates. With hiring managers. With the teams I work alongside. I take the time to understand what someone actually wants from their career, and what a company actually needs from their next hire — not just the job description, but the human reality behind it.
When I'm not recruiting, I'm with my family in Orange County — which, honestly, is what keeps me grounded and reminds me every day that work is something people do in service of the lives they want to live.
